How long will it take for my item to be shipped?
Each item has a unique shipping estimate. The average time from the order date to delivery is less than 14 days.
The item I want is out of stock, when will it be restocked?
Because the apparel is printed utilizing third party producers, each restock is dependent on the supplier. Please email or message me to get notified when a item is back in stock.
What kind of ink is used on the apparel?
Every design is screen printed onto a high-quality tee, crewneck, or hoodie.
What are the machine washing instructions?
To keep your apparel looking its best, wash using cold water and dry with a low heat setting. Please keep in mind that larger designs may adhere to itself if dried using high temperatures.
I don't have tracking or shipping information, is my package lost?
If it has been 3+ days and you have yet to receive an order confirmation, please email matibmadeit@gmail.com.
Shipping and returns
Each item has a unique shipping date and rate that will be calculated at checkout. Most apparel will ship in 5-14 days.
Due to the made-to-order nature of the apparel, returns can not be accepted at the moment. If you are unhappy with an item, or if you've received a damaged or incorrect order, please contact me immediately at matibmadeit@gmail.com.
